The Marsala Superiore Secco wine proudly represents the long way Sicilian wine tradition, particularly concerning a production region where the Vine has always been the lifetime partner of the Man.
We wanted to preserve the ancient name S.O.M, “Superior Old Marsala”, given by English producers during this wonderful fortified wine golden age: it’s a charming product, meaningful and intense in its perfumes and flavours born under the sun and maturing during the years.
This is a unique sensory experience, to try at the end of the meal (16°C) with some dry biscuits or almonds pastries, or as aperitif served at 8-10°C, combining it with medium ripening cheese or toasted almonds.
