The ancient tradition of “rosolio”, homemade liqueur with zests of “Lumie” (the lemons that paints in gold the island landscape), has its own revival in this Sicilian limoncello.
A fresh and highly aromatic liqueur, to drink very cold (4-5°C), it’s better if iced stored in the freezer. Great as digestive at the end of the meal, and a very pleasant drink.
