The Malvasia wine is the typical expression of those peculiarities that an aromatic vine can obtain only by the sun, the lands and the mild climate of Sicily.
Its amber yellow colour, its rich scents of candied fruits, the apricot and honey feelings, the persistent pleasure of its sweet taste, let it be particularly adapt to desserts. Matched with pastries and especially with typical Sicilian dried figs ones and almonds biscuits. It can be served cold (10°) or to room temperature.
