From an ancient Pomilia’s receipt, it’s a typical Mediterranean liqueur, creature of the most precious Sicily essences: lemon and orange scents, herbs and olive trees hints, perfectly balanced to give the rounded taste and the age-old depth of Trinacria.
It can be drunk at room temperature, or cold (4-5°C) and on ice. Great as digestive at the end of the meal, and a very pleasant drink.
